- Find out how to pay for your child’s college education without going broke — the Fayetteville Public Library will host a panel discussion on how to pay for college (beyond need and merit based scholarships) this Tuesday, March 13, 2007 from 6-8pm.
- Show your child that you’re a reader, too — join the Fayetteville Public Library’s "Big Read" by reading Fahrenheit 451 with the rest of the community. The kick off event is this Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 2pm at the library. Read the book before April 14, 2007 and participate in the events scheduled for April 14-21, 2007.
- Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day — the Fayetteville Public Library is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day celebration for children ages preschool through elementary on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 5pm with dancers from the McCafferty School of Irish Dance. Or, attend the 3rd Annual St. Paddy’s Day NWA Blog Bash at the Celtic Grille in Bentonville on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 6pm (probably not kid friendly, but still looks fun!) Update: Matt says the place is kid friendly and has good food, too!
