Head over to Tontitown for the 109th Annual Grape Festival.  Here are some tips:

  • The festival runs Tuesday through Saturday.  But, consider going on Tuesday or Wednesday to take advantage of the armband nights for the carnival rides (4:30- midnight).
  • Spaghetti dinners with homemade pasta and rolls are served Thursday through Saturday (4:30-8:30).  It’s fun to eat in the Parish hall (which is always packed), but if the line is too long, order your plates to go when you purchase your dinner tickets.
  • The Run for the Grapes kids fun run is scheduled for 8:00a.m. on Saturday.

Also, there’s lots to do on Saturday:

Finally, eat out on Tuesday night at Hugo’s, Penguin Eds, or the Greenhouse Grille and a portion of your tab will go to support the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest Arkansas.  All three restaurants are kid friendly.
