Melonie B, you must have hit a bad night. I assure you that was a rareity, not the norm. They usually come right out and take your order and I am always amazed at how soon the food comes considering it is all homemade and fresh! Please give it another try, I doubt you will have the same experience the next time.

My husband and I finally ate at Mamma Dean’s tonight and the food was great but the service was HORRIBLE! We waited 30 minutes before someone even took our drink order and then we had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to take our food order. We then had to wait an hour before we actually got our food. The food was really good and everything was homemade but if you don’t want to wait for almost two hours I would recommend going somewhere else.

Finally made it to Mamma Dean’s restaurant the other day for lunch and all I can say is amazing…best food I have eaten in a long time. I would encourage everyone to go you won’t regret it!! We are going again tomorrow for lunch.
