Life+Kids readers have recommended the best places to buy clothes for kids in Northwest Arkansas, and we have compiled those recommendations here in the Life+Kids Guide to Northwest Arkansas. If any of your favorites are missing from the list, let us know!

Shopping for Kids Clothes in Fayetteville, Arkansas

The Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville includes national chains such as GapKids, Gymboree, and the Children’s Place as well as a Dillards department store. Other favorites such as Monday’s Child, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Target and Kohls are located just South of the Northwest Arkansas Mall, off Joyce Blvd. Also nearby is Bella Jack’s, one of Fayetteville’s upscale children’s boutiques.

The downtown square in Fayetteville also remains a great shopping destination with Terra Tots keeping the eco-conscious child well clothed, and By Request offering high end children’s clothes for fashionable tots.

If you are looking for bargains, North College Avenue is the place to go. Once Upon a Child, the area’s largest used clothing store, is located in the Fiesta Square Shopping Center. Just across the street is Tuesday Morning where you can always find well made infant and children’s clothes at discounted prices.

Children’s Stores in Rogers, Arkansas

No Northwest Arkansas Shopping trip would be complete without a stop at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, Rogers’ new outdoor shopping mecca. The Promenade boasts national children’s clothing chains such as Limited Too, Gymboree, The Children’s Place, Dillards, and TJ Maxx.

The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills offers another exclusive shopping area in Rogers. The Shoppes are located across I-540 from the Promenade and include a second location of 3 Monkeys, Fayetteville’s exclusive children’s boutique.

Finally, the Scottsdale Center rounds out the Rogers shopping experience with several national chains that carry kids clothes, including GapKids, Old Navy and Kohls.

Once Upon a Child — This Fayetteville favorite is always full of gently used children’s clothes (often including Polo, Gap, Guess, Old Navy etc.) at discount prices. Terra Tots –  Terra Tots is the place for eco-conscious parents to shop in Fayetteville and Bentonville. The small store is full of natural and organic baby and parenting items. Target – Target is a great place to stock up on cute clothes for kids and baby at discounted prices. Target’s selection of everyday play clothes is far greater than any special occasion clothes you may find. But, the prices are always a bargain. Limited Too – If your daughter is between the age of 7 and 14, this store is for you (or rather, for her). Limited Too has everything the tween girls needs to build a trendy, yet age appropriate (with a parent’s watchful eye) wardrobe. Kohl’s – Kohl’s provides a good selection of moderately priced brand name baby and children’s clothes. Kohl’s fits somewhere between a discount store such as Target, and a mid level department store such as JC Penny. The cash registers are up front like in discount stores, but they sell brands commonly found in department stores such as Carter’s, Oshkosh and Nike.
