The Girls and Dolls Historical Society

by Terri Chadick on December 9, 2007

The Girls and Dolls Historical Society (for 3rd-5th graders) meets on the third Saturday of each month at 10:00a.m. in the Fayetteville Public Library’s Wal-Mart Storytime Room.

Loosely based on the American Girls series, the Society allows girls to read and discuss a book at each meeting and enjoy crafts and refreshments.

The books feature girls living during important periods of American history. Girls can bring their favorite doll to the meetings.  Sign up at the children’s desk (479.571.2222 Ext. 4370)
