Pass Your Plate, an easy meal prep store in Fayetteville, can be a lifesaver for busy families.  Here’s how it works:  Pass Your Plate does all the menu planning, shopping, chopping, peeling, dicing and clean up.  You go to their well organized kitchen and spend an hour or two to prepare 3, 6, or 10 preselected entrees to freeze for your family.  Or, call ahead and Pass Your Plate will prepare the meal for you at no extra charge! 

Each entree feeds 4-6 people, or can be split into two entrees that feed 2-3.  The cost is less than dinner out, and it makes the answer to “what’s for dinner?” so much easier.  Go to the Pass Your Plate website for more details.
