I love Herman’s rib house in Fayetteville. When you walk in to this very casual steakhouse, you know you are in a local hangout. I recommend taking kids on week nights when there is often little or no wait. The salsa (served with Saltines, not chips) and the salad dressings are all homemade — and you can tell. Ordering is easy. Everything is good. I can never seem to pass up the fillet, but everyone raves about the ribs.
Here’s the menu.
