The Fayetteville Visitors Bureau is currently accepting applications for the position of Visitor Services Specialist (VSS). The VSS is a part-time (20 hour/week) position working under the supervision of the Visitor Services Manager in the Fayetteville Visitor Center.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Greeting patrons in the Visitor Center
- Answering Phones
- Computer Skills-Word, Excel, & Publisher
- Retail Operations including cash handling
- Orient visitors to Fayetteville
- Be familiar with local attractions, things to do, & current events
- Managing online presence
- Assist with bureau operations and special projects when needed
- Be able to work Saturday shift, 9a-1p during the Farmers’ Market season
