The Little Bread Company (of Eureka Springs) has opened where Arsagas used to be on Block Street.  From the menu:

Our soups are made completely from scratch.  Our breads and pastries are mixed and hand-shaped right here where you purchase them.  Our coffee is locally roasted fresh for you.  We use locally grown produce from farmers in our community.  All our flours and a majority of our ingredients are organic.  We use no artificial ingredients or processed foods of any kind.

Fortunately, the bakery retains the same laid back atmosphere as its predecessor, and you can still drink your coffee and eat on the deck while your kids explore all the nooks and crannies of the adjacent garden.  The interior  has been remodeled to include additional seating and a larger display case.  The menu includes sandwiches, salads, breakfast sandwiches, breads, desserts, pastries, coffee and espresso.

The bakery is open from 7am-9pm Monday through Saturday and from 7am-3pm on Sundays.

Location:  116 North Block Street, Fayetteville  (Map)
