Every Wednesday morning at the Community Imagination Studio is Mommy and Me art time.  Kids ages 2-5 and their parents will enjoy this fun and creative class where they will experience art in all its messiness!

Mommy and Me Yoga

Update Feb. 2008: The Arkansas Yoga Center is not currently offering Mommy and Me yoga classes.  For other local Mommy and Me activities, browse the Mommy and Me category on Life+Kids.

The Arkansas Yoga Center has Mommy and Me yoga classes (for precrawlers) on Wednesday mornings at 11:00am.  You can try it out for a $15 drop-in fee.  Bring you own mat, or you can rent one for $1 per session.  The website says that the session ends on Feb. 14th, but when I asked, they said the classes were “ongoing.”  The rates are explained at the bottom of this page.
