Artifact Identification
In honor of March as Arkansas Archeology Month, the Shiloh Museum in Springdale will host an artifact identification program Saturday, March 6, at noon. Archeologists from the Arkansas Archeological Survey will be on hand to answer questions about prehistoric and historic artifacts brought in by the public. Arkansas Archeological Society Training Program
Arkansas State Archeologist emerita Hester Davis will present “So You Always Wanted to Be an Archeologist,” Wednesday, March 17 at noon at the Shiloh Museum. Her talk will focus on the Arkansas Archeological Society’s training program for amateur archeologists.
